Like the Earth Summit, I'll be twenty in 2012. In the winter and spring before and during both anniversaries, I'll be in Brazil doing various things with Sustainable Development -- a class in Santarem, talking with people about the Belo Monte Dam in Altamira, working on farm, collaborating on a project involving clam harvesters, and preparing for Rio+20, the international conference on Sustainable Development, twenty years from the Earth Summit.
